2. Participating teams and personnel
1. The top 50 teams in the preliminary round advance to the finals.
2. Each team is composed of 3-5 students, and the contestants are not allowed to form teams across schools, except for the international mixed team.
3. Each team should have no more than 2 instructors, and each instructor should guide a maximum of 2 teams.
4. Based on the format of the finals, the finalists can select members to participate in the competition, including 1 instructor and 3 contestants, according to their own characteristics and needs. All members of the team will be presented in the award certificate.
3. The content of the finals
Before the offline finals, the participating teams will review the works and operation process of the preliminary competition, and submit a review report (Word/PPT/PDF).
In the offline finals, the participating teams draw lots to determine the defense (round) and venue on the competition day, and complete the operation statement and defense, of which the statement is 8 minutes and the defense is 7 minutes, with a total of 15 minutes for each team.
4.The final process
(1) Operational review
From November 30th to December 27th, the participating teams conducted a comprehensive review of the implementation of the preliminary competition, and were able to analyze the team's creativity, ideas, practices and experience from the aspects of products, short video and live broadcast script design, poster design, teamwork, and the implementation process of live broadcast practice, and form a review report.
There is no restriction on the structure of the report board, and the format supports Word/PPT/PDF, if there are multimedia files (video, audio), please upload them together.
The completed report needs to be submitted through the official website of the competition, and can be edited and modified before the offline finals. Changes cannot be made after 0:00 on December 28.

In order to further enhance international teaching exchanges and cross-cultural communication, a wealth of cultural activities will be held during the finals, and participating teams and instructors are welcome to participate.

5. Final Rules
(1) Personnel change
Contestants and instructors are not allowed to change at will after the registration is over. If it needs to be replaced, it must be replaced by a written explanation issued by the secondary college and above departments of the school 5 working days before the start of the offline finals, and the replacement will be made after verification by the organizing committee.
(2) Familiarize yourself with the venue
The organizing committee arranged that after the registration for the finals, the participating teams would be familiar with the venue in a unified and orderly manner.
(3) Precautions for Chinese teams
1. Teams need to submit a review report through the official website of the competition before the specified time.
2. During the offline presentation and defense, the participating teams are not allowed to wear school uniforms or fancy clothes. Light makeup and related facilities, equipment, and materials required for defense are permitted.
3. In the process of offline presentation and defense, the participating teams need to communicate and determine the speaker, presentation method and defense cooperation.
4. The statement and defense are closed competitions, and instructors and other teams are not allowed to observe.
5. In the defense classroom, the team will be provided with a large screen required for the review report.
6. If the submitted review materials contain audio, video and other elements, please do not use Word or PDF format, and embed them in PPT format to ensure that they can be played normally, or submit audio and video together.
(4) Precautions for mixed and overseas teams
1. The finals will be held at Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Economics and Trade in Nanning, China, and overseas team players and teachers must complete the application for passports and Chinese visas before the finals to prepare for travel.
2. Participating teams need to submit a review report through the official website of the competition before the specified time.
3. During the offline presentation and defense, the participating teams are not allowed to wear school uniforms or fancy dresses. Light makeup and related facilities, equipment, and materials required for defense are permitted.
4. In the process of offline presentation and defense, the participating teams need to communicate and determine the speaker, presentation method and defense cooperation.
5. The statement and defense are closed competitions, and instructors and other participating teams are not allowed to observe.
6. In the defense classroom, the team will be provided with a large screen for the review report. At the same time, a large real-time translation screen will be provided to facilitate communication with the judges.
7. After arriving in China, the participating teams will participate in the pre-competition briefing meeting under the unified organization and arrangement to understand the competition process and arrangement.
8. If the submitted review materials contain audio, video and other elements, please do not use Word, PDF format, and embed them in PPT format to ensure that they can be played normally, or submit audio and video together.
6. Final scoring
Manually scored by the judges, the scoring rules are as follows:

7. Awards
In the finals of the Digital Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, based on the actual number of participating teams, and based on the principle of rounding will set up the first prize, second prize, third prize, and excellence award , accounting for 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% respectively, and paper honorary certificates will be awarded.
The team that finishes first in the final will receive a prize of 20,000 baht; The second and third teams in the final will receive a prize of 15,000 baht; The fourth, fifth, and sixth teams in the final will receive a prize of 10,000 baht.
In the International Classroom Teaching Design Competition, based on the actual number of participating teachers, and based on the principle of rounding will set up the first prize, second prize, third prize and excellence award, accounting for 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% respectively, and paper honorary certificates will be awarded.
The organizing committee of the competition will invite outstanding participating teachers to come to the finals to share their classroom teaching experience.
The first ranked teacher will receive 20,000 baht, the second and third ranked teachers will receive 15,000 baht, and the fourth, fifth, and sixth ranked teachers will receive 10,000 baht.
8. Competition safety
(1) Organizational structure
1. Set up a safety and security group, and the leader of the group is the director of the organizing committee. The members are the person in charge of safety in each venue. Each venue designates a person responsible for safety, who is fully responsible for the safety of the venue, and is responsible for mobilizing rescue teams and professional rescue personnel in the event of an accident and arranging the evacuation of personnel in the venue.
2. Establish a coordination mechanism with relevant departments such as public security, fire protection, judicial administration, transportation, health, food, quality inspection, etc., to ensure the safety of the competition, formulate emergency plans, and deal with emergencies in a timely manner. Set up a special line for medical personnel, firefighters and security personnel, determine the contact person of the other party, and the person in charge of site safety will contact each other. The layout of the competition venue and the use of equipment are carried out in strict accordance with the safety construction regulations. The site layout is divided into areas, and evacuation channels are set up according to safety requirements, and a schematic diagram of safety evacuation channels and routes is posted in a prominent position on the wall.
(2) Safety management of the competition
1. The installation of competition equipment and facilities shall be constructed in strict accordance with the safety construction standards, and the installation of power supply wiring and electrical appliances shall be constructed according to the specifications.
2. Arrange fire extinguishers according to fire safety requirements, and designate a responsible person to use them in an emergency.
3. The competition rules and regulations clarify the national (or industry) safety norms, regulations and qualification certificate requirements.
4. The organizing committee will conduct safety training for all referees and staff of the competition before the competition. In accordance with the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, establish a sound safety accident prevention system, and train players before the competition to avoid personal injury accidents.
5. The organizing committee will establish a special plan to ensure the safety of the competition proposition, the storage, distribution, recycling and evaluation process of the competition questions.
(3) Safety management of the competition environment
1. Before the competition, the organizing committee will organize special personnel to inspect the competition site, accommodation and traffic security, and put forward clear requirements for safety work. The layout of the venue, the equipment and equipment in the stadium comply with the relevant national safety regulations. Before the race, a simulation test is carried out to identify possible problems. Before the competition, the host colleges and universities shall eliminate potential safety hazards in accordance with the requirements of the organizing committee of the competition.
2. Set up a cordon around the venue to prevent irrelevant personnel from entering and accidents. Provide necessary labor protection for the contestants in accordance with the requirements of relevant occupational positions at the competition site. In the dangerous operation link, the referee should check and confirm that the equipment is normal before the game, and strictly prevent the players from incorrect operation during the game.
3. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this competition, the host institution shall establish a corresponding safety and security system during the competition, and at the same time, the safety and security, campus environment and health and medical security teams shall implement the following aspects:
(1) During the competition, all vehicles and personnel entering the competition area must enter the competition area with vouchers and take the initiative to show them to the staff;
(2) Before the start of the competition, the contestants should carefully understand the rules, procedures and emergency evacuation diagrams;
(3) The referee shall supervise the completion of the whole process of inspection of the electrical control system before powering on, and remind and stop the hidden dangers of operation in time;
(4) The equipment related to the competition uses an independent power supply to ensure safety;
(5) During the competition, the contestants should strictly abide by the safety operation procedures, and in case of emergency, they should immediately cut off the power supply and leave the venue in an orderly manner under the arrangement of the staff;
(6) All kinds of personnel must strictly abide by the rules of the venue, and it is strictly forbidden to bring items strictly prohibited by the competition into the venue;
(7) If the security personnel find unsafe hidden dangers, report to the responsible personnel of the venue in a timely manner;
(8) Smoking is strictly prohibited in the competition venue, and security personnel are not allowed to lend documents to others;
(9) If there is a safety problem, under the command of the security personnel, quickly evacuate the scene according to the emergency evacuation route.
4. The organizing committee of the competition and the host institution have dense personnel and staggered traffic and people in the environment of the venue, in addition to setting up complete indication signs, increasing guide personnel, and opening up alternate channels.
5. During the competition, the host institution will increase its strength in the key positions of the competition venue management and establish a safety management log.
(4) Guarantee of living conditions
1. During the offline finals, the host institution will arrange the accommodation for the contestants and instructors. The host institution must respect the religious beliefs and cultural customs of overseas and ethnic minority participants, and arrange the food and daily life of ethnic minority contestants and teachers in accordance with relevant national ethnic and religious policies.
2. The accommodation arranged during the competition is required to have the qualification of hotel and accommodation business license.
3. In addition to necessary security isolation measures, strictly abide by relevant national laws and regulations to protect personal privacy and personal freedom.
(5) Responsibilities of the participating teams
1. When organizing the participating teams, each institution shall arrange to purchase personal accident insurance for the contestants during the competition.
2. After the teams of each college and university are formed, relevant management systems must be formulated, and safety education shall be carried out for all contestants and instructors.
3. Each participating team shall strengthen the safety management of the participants and connect with the safety management of the venue.
4. If the participating teams have vehicles, they will enter and exit the school gate with the certificates issued by the organizing committee, and drive according to the designated route and park at the designated place.
5. The participating teams can arrange their own responsibilities as members of the presentation and defense session.
(6) Emergency response
In the event of an accident during the competition, the discoverer should report to the organizing committee of the competition as soon as possible, and take measures to avoid the expansion of the situation. The organizing committee should immediately initiate a plan to solve the problem. The organizing committee will decide whether to suspend the competition if there are major safety problems.
9. Playing venues
(1) Playing venues
Each defense classroom (place) is equipped with a unified background for the competition, as well as tables, chairs, large screens, microphones and other equipment.

10. Appeal and Arbitration
Each participating team may file a complaint with the competition arbitration team for instruments, equipment, tooling, materials, objects, computer software and hardware, competition tools and supplies, competition refereeing, venue management, and irregular behaviors of staff that do not comply with the regulations of the competition and the competition regulations. The subject of the appeal is the instructor of the participating team. The instructor can submit a written appeal to the arbitration team within 1 hour after the end of the competition.
Written appeals should provide a full and factual description of the phenomenon, time, personnel, and basis for the appeal, and be signed by the teacher, and non-written appeals will not be accepted. The arbitration working group shall organize a reconsideration within 2 hours after receiving the complaint report, and promptly notify the complainant of the reconsideration result in writing. The outcome of the arbitration by the Working Group on Arbitration shall be final. The complainant may waive the appeal at any time, and the complainant shall not take drastic actions to disrupt the order of the venue for any reason.
